" December 14, 2017 5.0 I'm able to select my benefits and enroll in everything with ease. I love how their is quick links to my companies polices readily available also. Pros When annual enrollment comes around, I receive a message in my inbox. I opened it up and I'm ready to start selecting my benefits. The UI is great. The response time is great. A+ Cons I honestly do not have a single complaint. I've use this two years in a row and I love it. I feel any changes made at this point would be changing for the sake of change, not for an improvement. Cons Workday gets overcomplicated very easily. I feel like there is too much going on in one place. Sometimes it moves slow and I have personally had frequent issues with check ins. Pros Workday is easy to use for accessing payslip info, tax info, and other benefits info. It has a good user interface. Cons Saving and printing payslips and tax documents can be slow. Cons There is aspects of the user interface that are time consuming and a pain. For instance it keeps an open box for each day for reporting hours, but you need to erase empty boxes to submit. Issues in Production get as well proactively communicated. Many things are implemented you rarely see in other applications - it is SaaS ready. Cons reporting is good - but you have to know a lot to use the correct objects. Pros I used this app while working with PwC and it made the visibility of our benefits very simple. Just logging in would fetch your entire details and constant feeding of details is not required. Much of the details are clearly written and browsing is easy as well. Cons Most of the links are in the form of clip Art, so initially you may find it difficult to identify which one to go for. I found myself clicking in a circle, ending back at the home screen , and ultimately using my inbox as the way to find anything. Capturing time can be very quick if you use the sign In/Out features. Pros The application is simple to understand. the terms are consistent from one part of the application to another. As a user, I see that the processes are well defined. Versatile, it does support Canada and US labor standards for Time reporting. Cons Little quirks, I wish I could enter my timesheet for the week on Monday not Friday. you can't enter time in the future when capturing your timesheet.
