I found myself clicking in a circle, ending back at the home screen , and ultimately using my inbox as the way to find anything. Capturing time can be very quick if you use the sign In/Out features. Pros The application is simple to understand. the terms are consistent from one part of the application to another. As a user, I see that the processes are well defined. Versatile, it does support Canada and US labor standards for Time reporting. Cons Little quirks, I wish I could enter my timesheet for the week on Monday not Friday. you can't enter time in the future when capturing your timesheet. I really enjoy its design and features. Pros I do enjoy the product for being intuitive and straight forward, not hard to use. Cons I find the product accurate and well-organised, I could not say what I do not like about it. For my purpose of use it is more than enough. Pros The individual and team visualisation, as well as absence tracking are the best features of this system. Employees can also log in to view paychecks, PTO, etc... Cons Whenever it generates a pdf copy of the paystub you will have to wait and then log back in to pull up a copy.
