I highly recommend it. Pros I like that offers a lot of features for performance management, filling out feedback and talent acquisition. It's a one stop shop for a lot of Human Resource needs. It empowers mid level management to be more productive. Cons Initial set up is quite complicated and needs specialized workday admin to set up. It needs prior workday knowledge. It creates a string of actions between the employee and the manager. Cons Action items go into the "inbox" and without a notice there, it is very difficult to find an old action item for review. Cons UI is a bit complicated to understand where to go for which option. This can be made simpler with a combined menu to access different things.Every time you have to search the thing you are looking for and follow the steps in the documentation to access that page. This is a good program to access company internal information and policies. Primarily used it for timekeeping and employment records. Cons I used this program while at a previous employer. This program may be much better than I rated it due to my previous employer having such a poor ability to adapt to technology. We had very limited integrations for training resources and organized information which isn't a result of the product, but more them employer who provides this information within Workday. Pros The configurability throughout the system makes it easy for the functional folks to be able to primarily support it. Cons Sometimes with it being so easy to use it can be a little challenging for instance with the "google" search approach - it's easy when you can guess the right word(s) - and sometimes this is very simple but it can be frustrating if you don't know the key words to use. Pros is easy to understand and use the tool. no need to take a long training. the graphical interface is friendly.
