Cons New feature releases are announced early from Workday and get users very excited for the possibilities, but often the implementation or roll out takes a lot of time (at least a year) before those benefits can be realized. Workday makes these processes pretty simple for the most part and certainly streamlines them, giving me inbox reminders, etc. Cons While Workday does streamline certain activities, the software itself can be quite cumbersome. Sometimes the options are unintuitive, and the site can be difficult to navigate. That said, I haven't worked with competitor software, so I'm not certain how it stacks up next to those. As a user, and for a while a manager that had to do evaluations, this tool made that easier to do. Pros The ease of you and functionality of the software. The functions that you can due with Workday is amazing. Really like the Goal setting and tracking of achievements, makes employee evaluations easier to do.
