My overall experience with Workday was very strong with communication and costumer service, one of the best and over all web-base software.

Pros

I appreciate the service that workday provide to new hires, it is very easy to use for scheduling and for HR communication.

Cons

Workday only had very little interruption, some time the reply lags between new hires and employers, but this is such a small issue, that it can be improved very easy.

Easy to use, quick login and my information felt quite secure.

Cons

Would log me out occasionally, or would have to call to get password reset.

Workday works great with organizing performance reviews and tracking compensation. The ease of access for paystubs etc. is manageable. I just wish they would make the PTO section more user friendly and have it accurately distribute the PTO you request and reflect those balances correctly.

Pros

Being able to quickly download tax documents and pay slips. Managing performance reviews and talent performance is relatively easy, you have to get used to the interface of the software. My main sell point is ease of access to pay history and performance reviews.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about it from an associate standpoint. However I have heard things about recruiting being difficult to maneuver. Also when PTO is requested off, it doesn't not subtract from your total PTO available when when it is requested to be used. Onboarding is basically non-existent after you enter your personal info. This may be just at my organization but the onboarding feature is basically useless.

I love the ease of use with the platform. Everything in one place makes everything so easy. One platform covers everything!

Cons

There is not much not to like about it. The only thing I would say is the mobile version is a bit cleaner than the desktop.

Overall my experience with Workday has been great. It makes tracking payroll, time management, and benefits easier for managers and employees. Once you get used to it, it's a very helpful tool. I would like to see it get faster in the future, and maybe simplify the reports to be more readable by non HR professionals.

Pros

The design is clean, and easy to use, making it easy to find what I need. I like the fact that I can perform tasks on my desktop or phone, this come in very handy when traveling. Features like tracking time off, viewing my pay stub, and managing my team are all in one spot saving me time.

Cons

Sometimes the system is slow. Finding certain reports and understanding them can be cumbersome for me, because I'm not familiar with HR tools as a manager of people.

A good product with an ability to keep users from navigating away from the platform in order to complete their work. Can be enhanced to allow for better intuitive user interface.

Pros

The ability to manage human capital from within the platform, manage their time-offs and talent development plans without navigating off the screen.

Cons

The UI is clunky and spread out. It is not intuitive enough for the employee and managers to understand what needs to be done. A training is often required.

Pros

I can’t stop talking about the pros; it’s such an easy and life-saving tool! I’ve used it for everything from onboarding to scheduling, and honestly, it works wonders across the board.

Cons

Nothing major, but I did notice that signing company-specific legal documents isn’t always straightforward. That option still seems to be missing or limited.

The amount of time it took to process from page to page was completely unnecessary. Some entries also disappear.
