I really like how easy it is to go through all the training items. It's also very easy to access Paystubs and etc. Cons No issues on my end. Really like how easy it is to use. I'm sure it would work fine at a large company that can afford all the ancillary staff and consultants fees, but for a mid-sized company its too unwieldy to justify its cost Pros The settlement process includes automatically sending the ACH file to the bank as well as paying state and federal taxes. So that is convenient Cons Its very bulky, meaning it isn't built to be nimble or flexible. There are pretty severer limitations to how deductions can be set up (ex no deductions with goal amounts). Pros Workday makes it easy for me to input my work hours and be approved by my manager. It lets me know when my manager approves my hours which is a welcome update. Pros When I worked at TruGreen, we used workday to login etc. it was extremely easy to use and amazing peace of mind. TruGreen is the number 1 lawn-care company in America. Pros VERY easy to use. clean interface. able to navigate from different departments with ease. different areas for resources, employee development, pay etc are clearly marked. Cons The my performance tab can sometimes be the only thing that is difficult to navigate specifically the touchpoint category. the templates could be a little easier to manipulate. Pros easy to locate the options on what you are looking for, nicely separate selections to make with images to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. Cons too many selections need to be made in order to clock in and out takes roughly 20 seconds to load each option which takes up time when you need to clock in and only have desktops at work yet we have to select it every time clocking in and out. Easy to the whether employees are within appropriate salary ranges and historical data is presented well. Cons With my particular instance I do not receive notifications outside of the application. It's cumbersome, too many buttons and many of them lead you astray to a place you do not want to go, reporting is terrible, and the worst part is the offer stage is the hardest thing, it's like threading a needle multiple times. As a recruiter for ten years the last thing you want to struggle on is getting an offer letter to a candidate, you work hard enough just to get them there and now you have to deal with software issues? I had to ask several candidates to reapply after getting the offer cause they have all these ass backwards rules. Trust me I've implemented and worked on better ones ten years ago than this one. Stay far away from this software, one of the three reasons why I quit a place I worked at was because of this software. It's a big fat complicated beast that spoils recruiting. It's not hard to find something better, there are hundreds just pick anyone than this. Feels a little more modern but doesn't do much aside from track communication. Pros The interface is very nicely designed, and feels modern and uncluttered compared to other Performance Management Tools. Cons It doesn't do much, pretty much just captures text fields. The notifications are easy to miss if you don't login regularly. I wish it tied easier to my email inbox.
