Cons I believe this product is missing a lot of features that employees are looking for. Pros The job application for Davita was well organized form to fill for job. Very easy to select my choices for questions also. Cons Didn't like that software didn't recognize I change my password. It includes everything needed for compensation as well as historical data. Pros As an non-exempt employee, I have to keep track of my hours and report each week. Workday makes that simple to see my hours. Pros Workday is SO easy to use from an employee stand point. I can submit my hours and evaluate my benefits with a few clicks. Very easy for daily check-ins and resource tracking. Cons It's too detailed (if that's even possible). If I need to submit my hours, I'll have 4 different notifications telling me to do so. A bit much, but not too much of an inconvenience. I find it very useful. This tool track all HR related activity as well as employee details. This cover employee personal details, appraisals, employee thought out journey in organisation. It gives snapshot of whole employee journey in one click. Cons The only issue i saw in workday is integration with other channels like lotus notes or other applications.
