Pros 1\. You can easily request for PTO any it will be quick. 2. Workday will provide useful information of other employee like cell number. 3. Most important workday is stable. Cons 1\. Nice UI, but has some confusing options in it (it can be organization dependent) 2. Our previous tools were very difficult and I needed instruction sheets to interact with them. But with Workday it is considerably simpler and I can often intuitively find what I need. We do vacation time,paychecks, health benefits and more through Workday. Pros It is quite simple to use, with an app like interface that divides up the functions into sensible categories. The most frequent thing I do is enter vacation, and it has nice entry and reporting capabilities so I always know where I stand throughout the year. Review Source CB Chad B. January 28, 2019 5.0 Pros Workday is such an amazing platform we've been implementing to bring new talent on board. The screening process is so easy for applicants compared to our previous system. It's been great to actually have our applicants go thru the full process where we can get a better idea of who they are. Cons The initial on boarding process did take us some time to get all our questions set up and entered in the system. However, the support was amazing and we were able to get things moving quickly! The benefits would have been more comprehensive display of data to the users to make more meaningful decisions during performance rating. Pros The comprehensive details that are presented in the graphical interface for both the candidate and the manager makes it truly one of the best performance management tools available today. Reporting capability is superb. Cons Training to be created and delivered to the users for the robustness that it entails. Customization to the software is another challenge.
