Doesnt even show our schedules and trying to request a day off is hard because unlike our other program, it doesnt let us give an actual reasoning behind requesting time off. Cons Everything. Pros We merged with a company using Workday, and the overall transition was great. I love not having to paper chart my hours or use outlook for my PTO. It’s an over all one stop shop experience. February 11, 2021 3.0 Pros The only thing that I like about this software is that I can see all my employee stuff at the same place. I can see my w2, enroll in benefits, see my pay slip, and request time off. Cons Workday is not very user friendly. I cannot login on my phone or home computer. The 'Workday Community' is an interesting idea & good way for companies with various levels of experience with the product to connect on ideas/problem solve. Cons There's much to be desired from a recruiting perspective; this is NOT an ATS. Having had to build numerous custom processes for what would seem like routine/basic processes or actions within a recruiting function may cause frustration for users expecting a more robust ATS to be delivered. Even the graphics are easy to identify, making navigating seemless. Cons Not too much I don't like. The new Duo feature to verify log in is a pain - you have to download the app and every two weeks, reinstate. If I had to do that every time I needed to access my timesheet (I don't, I'm exempt), I would be really frustrated.
