Pros Workday is a very practical software, which makes employee's lives easier, when they need documents, time off, etc. Cons It is not the easiest software to navigate. It is virtually appealing but difficult to find what you're looking for. App does not have all the functions yet. Their new graphical user interface also is very modern and mobile friendly. Cons The biggest issue of this software is the authentication part.
