It also has mobile access. Employees can manage and track their own issues. Cons Not always easy to use. Generating reports. A smaller business would not find it cost effective. I did not take the training but was able to navigate through the system just by perusing through the site. I like the org charts and how the look and feel of the application/software is simple. Options for quick adds really make it easy to fill out the whole week with the same time. The only confusing bit would be submitting time sheets when you have a vacation and holiday planned.
