Pros I like the most about this is you can send the feedback request through same. Further it provides you to enter your career goals in the same along with it you can fill all you information of yourself and your dependents for availing benefits at one place. I also like the time off feature in it which is in hours, it gives an advantage to put half day leave. Cons There is nothing so far that I didn't like about the software.
