As previously mentioned it has a user-friendly interface, strong automation, and seamless integrations. It combines HR, payroll, talent management, and benefits administration in one platform, reducing the need for multiple systems. Pros What I like the most about is its user-friendly interface, strong automation, and seamless integrations. Not to mention the UI is easy to navigate making it a better time for employees and employers. Cons What I like least about is that setting it up can be time consuming and resource intensive. Also while Workday offers flexibility, certain customizations require technical expertise which isn't very user friendly of Workday. Review Source BK Boryana K. Propositions Manager Banking Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Seamless experience for the employee" November 27, 2024 5.0 It seems like a tool that allows a lot of integrations which allows for efficiencies and gives the feeling of just one comprehensive tool for everything HR. And one can use it on the go through the app Pros I have only recently started using Workday, but it seems like a good tool that allows many integrations and therefore the feeling for the end user is that it is a comprehensive tool. Beyond the standard HR information one might need (salary, time off, etc.), my skills profile (from the recruitment stage) is integrated with the skill-building systems (courses, etc.) and the mentoring platform of the company. Another couple of feature I found useful (especially as a new starter) were the admin assistance chat, also integrated within the platform and the org chart. Logging in is made easy and they offer an app. Cons Nothing major negative to report at this stage. Logging hours, finding documents, applying for time off all was very easy to do although navigating the website took some time to adjust to. Pros Workday has a lot of features for helping employees, whether new, veterans or alumni of the company, find the important resources they need. Even at a company where I had already left, Workday was very easy to navigate information that was helpful for filing taxes and finding a new job. Cons Initially it was a bit less intuitive to navigate, however this was remedied with HR office hours and navigating the product more. Review Source MC Mark C. You can find all the tax documents for previous years, which I think is great. Cons Some features are not as easy to find. Took me a minute to find where to update direct deposit information. Everything is located on your dashboard. There is no multiple logins for different apps/software because it's all here. It gives easy access to view and/or change pay/benefit information, all employee personal information, taxes and time entering. What's not to love? Pros One of the things I like most about is the customizable drop down menu on your dashboard to make it easy to access things YOU need. I helps us conduct scheduling with ease without errors. It helps us ensure long term staff scheduling with ease. Pros I like the mobile application capabilities as it helps us work remotely without much hassle. Our employees can also apply for days of from home. It integrates well with other tools like Time tracking tools to to make it even better and effective. This integration also saves us on cost of production. Pros Allows us to be able to track staffing and our employees have the ability to login either on a computer or the app. Cons It can be cumbersome at times at the number of steps in order to clock in. The interface was intuitive and it had notifications to elt me know when there was a completed lesson for the learning section. Never had any major issues signing up for or attending these lessons. Pros Great learning classes for understanding day to day operations or specific lessons. It was super easy to learn with videos and powerpoints to handle a Senior CSR role. Cons Nothing in particular stands out as an awful elemtn. Perhaps it could categoriuze more useful portions together like the lessons and less common sections like the birthdays in another area? The unused features could not be removed, mainly the clock in/clock out function. Pros It was very easy to integrate with our physical time clocks.
