4k spent, and I still cannot use it without them tampering with it. They may be causing glitches so that you use their $500 tech support option. Very brilliant, like the antivirus companies creating viruses so you use their software.

Pros

Nothing-its a technical nightmare that requires extensive training.I thought they were reasonable until I figured out their scheme. Do not buy this software. They will always tamper with it using a back door. Total rip-off. They can't compete with the new companies. This software was written in the early 1990s: Dinosaur Glitch Relic

Cons

Do not use this software. They put a back door entry file in the database that they can access, so they can disable your license even if you paid for the software in full and owe them 50 for tech support to fix the many problems. It has a lot of ip address problems because of the backdoor. Simply Fraud!!

The program is fairly simple to use and train new employees on.

Cons

We have had Collect for 24 years. At that time, we desired more training available.

Pros

Collect is a very complete tool for our business. It is very reliable and easy to use. If you are starting a business or if you want to implement a tool to power up your processes, Collect is the perfect answer.

Cons

The cloud version could be slightly cheaper.

I do not like that you have to purchase more space for additional accounts and the backlog for customer support.

I’ve been using Collect for more than 23 years. I have no plans on using or switching to a different system for my collection agency. They know what they are doing and that’s why I’ve stayed with them.

Pros

I’ve been using collect for 23 years. I’m happy with the product. They’re always there to support me when I need help with something that’s not working correctly or to implement changes that are being made through the law

Cons

Not too much I can say bad about collect. Once you get used to it it works like a dream.
