Pros It is easy to use and move around in. For a small office not needing a lot of bells and whistles and expense this product is perfect. It is great for document storage and employee file up keep. Cons It needs to be more storage space allowed for documents to move to electronic employee files. Also more integration into some of the known accounting software with the information flowing from the accounting to the HR system. Cons I guess I would have to say that since I only have one user, that sometimes that sucks, but that is my fault. I do find navigation to generate reports is a little hard but I think that is because I am a starter with this software and not someone who has used it all the time over and over for years. Being able to grant clients access to view their worker files is a large plus. The user interface is easy to use, and easy to configure. A+++ Pros One stop document management platform.
