Comments: I have only been using Digital Waybill for a little over a month and I have been very impressed with the system! I have had some minor issues but these were only because of my lack of knowledge with the system. Each time something came up I would call customer service and they were excellent and got me back on track quick.

Being able to have the customers enter their own pickups and track the progress in real time has allowed me to secure new customers. One customer came right out and said he stresses over his shipments and is always calling the carrier to see where his shipment is and now to be able to look himself set us apart from everyone else.

Thank you for a very nice product to use!!

Comments: Digital Waybill's support staff is great! If they aren't able to take my call right away, they get back to me in a very timely fashion. They also have someone making routine check-in calls which does sometimes spur my memory of questions I haven't gotten around to calling them about. They will call your customers for you too if need be, and to top it all off, they're support is unlimited!

Comments: We experience high volume orders everyday. Digital Waybill is able to keep up with our 24/7 Emergency Delivery Service. With time critical orders, customers can track delivery process, real-time POD on a computer or mobile phone. (PROS). Easy to use order entry form for our customers direct from our website or an custom app that can be available to them on a computer or mobile phone. Customers can customize how and when they want orders picked up and delivered, the size of vehicle needed. Customers knows what the cost will be before they commit to order. Customer get real-time confirmation of order when it is picked up and confirmation of delivery. Just the right software for our business for the past 5 years. (CONS). Customer service slow at updating software to meet are changing needs.

Comments: It took a little time for me to learn all the features of the dispatch software and the QuickBooks integration! There are so many options--yet the design is clean and simple--with everything integrated into a few menus: customers, drivers, settings, pricing, etc.

I think I called customer service twice a week for several months! And it did not matter how trivial my question...they guided me (often through remote connection) to the answer or the solution! They are just a great company with fantastic software--and they are always there to help.

The desktop order portal really sells itself. Great interface--and once customers see how the GPS to the driver works and see how the POD comes out with signatures and order history always at their fingertips--they are sold! I almost never hear from my customers, as all their questions can be answered with the software. I had looked at another company that was far cheaper. But you get what you pay for, and I am very happy with Digital Waybill. Guaranteed you will not understand some of the features with the route pricing, cost centers, zones, etc. When you get to that stuff, just call them!

The driver phone app seems to pull a lot of battery, so I put charging packs in my cars. Cost effective for peace of mind. -)

Comments: The good about Digital Waybill is its ease of use. It does not take long to get up an running. It offers a simple and easy to understand format that allows the user to quickly take advantage of the service. The negatives are it is not complex enough for certain aspects of the business. The report features are extremely limited. I wish I could do more than print and invoice or sales volume report. It would be nice to export my customer list to my crm, but it can only be done by having Digital Waybill do it direct.

Accounting for my business is so much easier!

Comments: I love Digital Waybill's ability to integrate with QuickBooks and how much easier it is for me to do my accounting work. Before, I had to collect all of the invoices myself and manually put them in which cost me valuable time that I could be using to focus on other aspects of running my business. The software keeps track of everything that comes in or out from our customers so we can look back at any invoices from as far back as we need. The mobile dispatch feature is also a huge help to our business. It makes it possible to manage my company on the go.

The technical support at Digital Waybill is always ready to help! If they are not available the moment we call, they always gets back with us in a timely fashion. They've helped us with any issues we've had since we started using the software in 2010.

Comments: We had used other order processing services and all had complex issued and had hidden fees. Digital Waybill is simple to use and very powerful. I don't know how we got by before.
Many of our customers like our personal touch service and telephone to speak with us. Others like the ease of placing their orders online through the Digital Waybill / Atlas Courier Service ordering system. By the way we use the "Remote Dispatch" which allows us to be out on deliveries with the other drivers and still accept on line orders as if we were sitting at the computer.

Comments: We have been with Digital Waybill for several years now and it has been a choice that we have been happy with ever since!

I had tried other dispatch software and found them too expensive, un-intuitive and technical support was never easy to reach (and expensive). Not to mention the one that after THREE MONTHS still could not get it to integrate, which was a huge part of this other companies marketing.

Digital Waybill has really listened to the customers and it is exciting when they roll out new features that make your day easier...We are not an average "Courier" company...we deal with critical freight and this system is able to meet our odd demands and can expand easily when we grow.

At first I thought we might "outgrow" the system, but we quickly learned that that was a worry that we could get rid of; our volume and company has been growing like crazy and Digital Waybill has been a fantastic dispatch system that is growing with us!

Very simple to use, it just takes a few minutes to see how it functions. VERY little learning curve, but they have great support if you do need help. For FREE.

Comments: My favorite part of Digital Waybill is how reliable the system is. Every day when I come into work, it is always ready to go on my computer. It gives me great security in knowing that I can have a software program that betters my business by providing quickness and efficiency in receiving orders, tracking my drivers, etc.

It is also very simple to use. The mobile app is so convenient because I can do work from home, the park, or anywhere! I do not have to rely on anyone else as long as I have my cellular device with me. This feature, along with the rest of the system, has saved a lot of valuable time for myself and my business.

Comments: Digital Waybill links seamlessly with Quickbooks, which is a huge plus for me. They also provide unlimited support so I can call in any time with questions, assistance, or even free training for me, my employees, or my customers. Comments: The Digital Waybill software is the best program on the market.
I was looking for new dispatch and customer service software and found Digital Waybill. Digital Waybill is very user friendly, taking a job order is easy and fast. Dispatch is also easy. Click on the job then click on the driver and send it out. If you are not sure where the driver is you can look on the real time GPS tracking map. The job gets sent to the phone via an app. Drivers confirm, pick up and get signatures via electric signature capture. Less talking and more delivery per driver. Digital Waybill seamlessly integrates with Intuit software. Support is fantastic. Questions and problems are answered very quickly.

Comments: This software has made my life so much more simple! Extremely easy and intuitive to set up routes, individual runs, and recurring orders all with prices, notes, reference numbers (you name it!) for your customer to see when it's time to send out invoices. Quick Books syncs up to Digital Way Bill program with no problems and with a few clicks all your orders for any given time period can be emailed immediately. Conversely, if you have a few "picky" clients as I do, you can generate an invoice from Digital Way Bill (rather than running it through Quick Books) with much more detail and information that any "picky" client is sure to appreciate.

The best thing about Digital Way Bill (for me) has been the customer service. They see you through from the initial set up of the software on your PC or Mac, to each of the smart phones you and your drivers will be using, to the simple day-to-day questions you have about anything that comes up. They even will call your clients directly to speak with them and help them get set up on the system so they can place their own orders and set up their order panel and pricing the way you and your client need it. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient.

Bottom line: the time and money I have saved using this software and being able to consider the Digital Way Bill people part of team, has enabled me to focus on all sorts of areas of my business that would typically be neglected due do to time spent invoicing, dispatching, and cleaning up messes by forgotten orders because we didn't have a good system to capture everything.

Comments: I have been using Digital Waybill since 2008. It has been a life saver for me and has helped us increase our bottom line. It has helped us stay better organized and more efficient in dispatching our customer┬┐s orders to our couriers. Our customers also like all the features that they benefit from as well, such as; ease of placing orders online, print shipping labels, the ability to track their order and receiving POD emails upon completion. It has given us an edge in the Courier industry.

Like any software program there are hiccups along the way, their tech support staff is very quick to help you resolve them. They are always improving the software which has always been a big plus.
