Pros: Personally I like the fact that the software is open source and can be modified to fit your needs. With general knowledge of ASP code, you can custom tailor the software to work with your company or department. Any time I have emailed the vendor, I have quickly received a reply with my questions answered quickly and professionally.

Cons: There really isn't anything about the software that I do not like.

Recommendations to other buyers: Follow the instructions listed in the install guide exactly and you should have the software up and running within 30 minutes. This software doesn't require a "work horse" of a machine either. Any machine running Windows 7 or above can handle the load. To get the email features up and running, be sure to register the DLL files as outlined in the install guide.
