Again, with the amazing help from the support team, it has made learning the program much easier than trying to learn on our own. Pros Program is easy to use. It tracks our information easier. We changed staff and had to learn Timetrex on our own. Support has been great to deal with and always have solutions and ready to teach us how to do the things we are requesting. Cons In some areas, I wish there was more of an area for notes taking. After so many characters, it isn't allowed. Some categories require more comments that need to be entered but can't be. Solid product, constant improvements, and great support. Pros We are a PEO that work with SMBs. TimeTrex has always worked for our clients. Really like the support staff at TimeTrex, great to work with. Cons The con is a two edged sword. You can make TimeTrex do some really complex things like getting into job costing. So that complexity necessitates a getting the set up right. Getting this right helps us build loyalty with our SMB clients. Other than that, it does the necessary for tracking time, creating employees report, i use it as a CRM so it does its intended job. Pros To keep track of time for employees is it a good web interface as they just have to log in, i have to create a time sheet, and they just have to clock in and out. Timetrex will give a report of the time, either daily or weekly or however you want it. Cons The interface needs to be a little upgraded to be more user-friendly. I do use it as a user and as admin for a group, lots of things need to be tweaked by code and i don't like that in the community version. Pros We've been using TimeTrex for many years and have never felt left on our own. The job tracking system has enabled us to narrow the cost of a job in such detail that we are now able to bill a product or service by piece price. The full service payroll is wonderful. The Tech support is amazing, very fast, patient, and thorough. Our needs are put to their team and they will add or change whatever they can for us. The cost of using TimeTrex is very reasonable. Cons There's no 'UNDO' button, when I make an error like Excel has. I would like to see a couple of changes to the invoices. When TimeTrex Techs make adjustments under my username, I would like to see their name in the audit, not mine, to avoid confusion down the road. Pros I reviewed 17 time-tracking software packages and found TimeTrex to be most capable and well-designed of all of them. I like that it can be self-hosted, so I don't have to worry about the company going out of business. And the Community Edition offers all the features we needed. Cons Would have preferred that it supported MySQL rather than Postgres, since we already have lots of applications running with MySQL, as well as having backup procedures in place. Best support there is. Pros I've been using TimeTrex for several years. And I've had the unfortunate experience of using competitors (some well known brands) and nothing compare to TimeTrex. Overall it's the best. Cons Cant think of it. Maybe that it could be complex, but it's not TimeTrex it's just the nature of the beast. TimeTrex has many features that dive into complex topics; however once you configure it to do what you need it's the best. I had to close the business for a few months and their support to put the use of Timetrex on hold, and then re-launch it once I reopened, made the difficult and risky decision to close and reopen easier. Pros I have been using Timetrex for over 10 years and it's their support team and the quality of their software that makes it the only software and company I'd recommend and use, to help run any business with staff. Cons Nothing! I literally cannot think of anything negative to say about Timetrex. Switched from [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) ADP did not have the one-on-one customer support that I needed to help run my small business. And ADP's software was nearly as easy to use. When I needed a direct deposit option, Timetrex developed it and payroll is so easy now.
