### "One word -Excellent"

Great product. Excellent people. And I would recommend to anyone in the insurance field.

Pros

The TurboRater application is very easy to use. And this app save me time on inputting data. The information for quoting helps me close more deals. The bridge to the carrier feature is excellent. And, their is a way to save data back to a CRM for serving my customers.

Cons

Wish I would have chosen the app sooner.

### "Carrier Availability"

Pros

It looks like a very nice Product and it could be a nice intrgration to our Agency Matrix System...but...(see cons)

Cons

Sadly, the Carrier Availability within TurboRater for North Carolina (Our Main State), is very poor...and I don't read about if it has the posibility to add the carriers that we currently write with...

### "Needs more support "

When I called to company for help nobody was available. Then someone returned my call but I wasn’t available since then I haven’t been able to use the system the way I tough it was going to work.

Pros

I haven’t been able to have it working for my agency

Cons

Hard to work doesn’t bridge to the companies

Not super user friendly. More complicated to navigate than EZLynx.

I would need more training before, I state any cons, because some of the error could be on the user of the software

Still having to remind myself to keep using. All my quotes seem going to the same companies that I would have quoted normally. Not really using. Not sure I will keep it.

able to receive multiple quotes. Still not utilizing .

Pros

I really like using the ITC Turbo Rater, its easy to learn and even quicker to integrate to an existing agency.

Cons

I use a merchant portal for my business, it would be nice to have something working hand in hand and making it easy to use.

Good if I could use it.

Pros

Nothing. Can't use it from the start. I will definitely try another product.

Cons

Everything. Can't use it. I'm a new independent agency. I was never told system is unusable without the pre prescribed appointments.
