It does all the functions of the desktop website but is more efficient overall. Pros I like how organized and easy it is to use., It is much more intuitive than working with your ads from the desktop version. Its just more streamlined with less button pressing. Pros The software is very user friendly and you can put exactly what you want to say on the site for potential candidates for a particular position for your company. Cons As much as you specify what you are looking for employee wise you always run the risk of getting potential candidates that don't have the experience for what they are applying for or don't have the experience at all. I liked that it was super simple and it did not require a whole lost of extra add ons like other sites. Pros I loved that it was free and simple. You logged in with your account. Set some things up, wrote your job descriptions and then posted it. It took a few minutes and boom it was done! Cons I would say the only thing I did not like about this program is I would get a lot of tire kickers and emails but that was quickly taken care of when I wrote something in the add about not even looking at the resumes unless you came in and dropped them off.
