The platform is quick to set up and it saves a ton of time editing notes. Pros I can submit audio files from my Philips recorder, and the completed documents look right the first time. Cons When I was first looking at using the software, their website didn't have screenshots or videos of the software and its features. We are focused on our clients more than marketing but we have updated our information. Yes we work with most digital recorders and prefer the HIPAA compliant ones from Olympus, Philips and others but most doctors want to use our smartphone apps and not carry a second device. If I can’t order online or book an appointment online, I’m likely to go somewhere else. I love that I can schedule appointments and/or find new docs through this app. Easy to use, I just wish everyone used it! Cons I didn’t really have any issues with the software- more so my problems were with my doctors office not showing all available docs or keeping themselves updated. Cons I wish that there was no time limit on having the screen open sometimes I get interrupted and I have to do something else and when I'm able to go back to the screen it has signed off and I have to log back on again and I loose my place in the que.
