When choosing a provider you need to be careful as once they have you it’s hard to break away and they have control of your devices. 3D tracking were terrible with customer service, we had dozens of devices not reporting that they could never resolve. They were difficult to get hold of and very unresponsive and reluctant to support. When I finally moved away, they did not support the migration and refused to transfer my devices. I have hundreds of units I have had to replace due to them trying to corner us into staying with them. BE AWARE AND CHOOSE YOUR PROVIDER WISELY! Pros The platform was minimal and the maps were clear. This was the only positive thing I had to say. However the driver data is poor. Cons Customer service was terrible. Driver data is poor. They were not able to support with non reporting devices, only interested in revenue. Very difficult to get hold of. Absolute nightmare.
