"Pending Cancelation"

**Overall:** We will let you know how the cancellation goes. That is often the most troublesome part of working with any SaaS provider.

**Pros:** The product is easy to use. It is not overly complex and would seem to work for any small to medium size service company.

**Cons:** Cost. Their pricing is no longer competitive. It was years ago. There are now better solutions to chose from.

**Reasons for Switching to Intervals:** I don't recall. Probably or perhaps ease of use.

"Excellent Project management app everyone should use"

**Overall:** I would highly recommend this app. It is easy to use, has a plethora of features to hand to use and make your life easy.

**Pros:** Clean layout, simplicity to use, user friendly, and does everything that I need from a project management app.

**Cons:** There are no features currently that I dislike

**Reasons for Switching to Intervals:** Confluence was too hard to use and didn't have what the company needed. Trello and the power up problems I kept experiencing were too frustrating to continue pursuing with the product.
