It’s very suitable for small businesses and for f and b , not for accounting and auditing, very old fashion.

Pros

For the point of sale , it’s very easy to use by the employees , no back experience required.

Cons

For the accounting and the assembly feature , it’s very complicated

Pros

The system is user friendly and offers man search features to access customer data as well as to search notes within a customers file.

Cons

If using an older version you are limited on the number of characters you can enter for each note added to a customers file.
