Pros The software itself is wonderful. I would highly recommend it to business that need an electronic Work Instructions software. it allows the user to custom build different applications from Quality management to Supplier Quality as a well as Audit. Easy to use for manufacturing and the user interface is incredible. Cons Moving from previous versions is difficult and the migration process is cumbersome. Cusomter support is wonderful though.
