"Inconsistent Customer Service"

**Overall:** Very dissatisfied and would not recommend Alora. The customer service is very dissatisfactory. Very rude and inconsistent with recommendations for resolutions.

**Pros:** Schedule was easy to set up but other than that our agency has nothing else we liked most about Alora Software or customer service.

**Cons:** Customer Support feedback very inconsistent. Created many tickets and customer support does not follow up. Alora continued to request meetings to get same screenshots that were obtained last four meetings. No accountability or resolution to ongoing issues for over a year or longer.

**Reasons for Switching to Alora Home Health:** Thought it would be better and Geoh is much better and up-to-date and Management is responsive.

"Alora review"

**Overall:** Positive, there are a few items that could be improved upon but for the most part it has been a positive experience.

**Pros:** The ease of use, the software is pretty easy to navigate around. You can pretty much figure it out without extensive training.

**Cons:** Lack of communication within software. If you change a primary diagnosis on the oasis and forget to update it on the admission screen it will stop you from sending NOA's out. This information should auto populate and communicate together.
