Surveys can be created and deployed by non-technical users very easily. Access to source code allows customization at various levels to support business needs. Automatic graphic reports for respondent analysis.

Pros

Highly customizable product. Multi-lingual support with Xliff upload support. Piping of data from sqlserver and session variables available. Answer types such as dropdowns,radios and checkboxes can be connected to SQL queries or XML data source.
