This is one of the few systems that doesn't have a lot of bugs to work out. Pros Syspro is a very easy and user friendly program. This helps most when you have new hires, less training time. Customer support is top notch, quick friendly and are knowledgeable with their system. Cons Crystal Reports can be quite difficult to change/update. If Syspro designs for you it can be quite costly for each template. The accounting side of the software was not built strong in my opinion. Pros The ability to customize reports was great. Found it easy to add fields I need to pull. Loved the ability to customize reports. Cons Not driven to be a true accounting package. Unfortunately for the use of an accountant not my favorite of software's I have used. I'm using it for inventor management and since I started using it I have only positive feeling. Pros Flexibility is the thing I liked the most about SYSPRO. The way it supports inventory management is great and it is easy to achive Your needs. Cons First "touch" with SYSPRO might be time-consuming due to first setup and customization but I wouldn't say it is minus.
