Stay away " **Overall:** It was great at first and within the last 6 months it has cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue because they didn't input EOPs on time or just didn't file sessions for coverage at all. **Pros:** Reports are great and it is very user friendly for note keeping and staying organized. **Cons:** The customer service is TERRIBLE. This is a company that prides itself on billing for you, yet they do not input EOPs on time or sometimes at all. It takes them weeks to respond to any questions or concerns if they take the time to respond at all. You are expected to make your payment for their services the first of the month, but if they don't do their job OH WELL! There is one rep there that is holding that place together and without her, that place implodes.
