I was able to integrate multiple agencies into the system. I also felt the the scan and attach feature was much easier on Epic. Pros There are many more features on than there were on Applied TAM. The multiple agent capability is helpful. Cons Price was a major factor in not using past the trial period. I did not feel that it was better than AMS 360. Review Source KB Kevin B. Cons This is the most time consuming, button pushing, extra entry broker management system I've ever worked on. I'm not here for data entry - I'm here to serve my clients. It did take me a solid few weeks to feel comfortable using this system though. Pros There are a lot of functions that help keep you on track with daily tasks, this is a very literal system which is nice. There is quite a bit of onboarding training available directly from Epic which is helpful when you have a new user. Cons The home screen is very busy, it takes some getting used to in finding your groove but once you do I think it is a very user friendly system. October 15, 2019 4.0 I couldn't do my job without it and it makes work easier and more organized. Pros it is very easy to keep all of my clients organized and I like the integration with PaperWise. It is very easy to quickly look something up for a client. Cons it isn't the most efficient for inputting new information. there are areas where I feel it could be more user friendly. Pros I think it can be very useful for tracking production and making sure task/activities are done. The automation aspect of the product is well worth the investment. Cons This product has so much that it can do that it's difficult to learn everything about it in a very short time period.
