The software is not exactly what I need because I have to build conditions on each plan. Other than that it is a great program. Cons No built in data bases. The way one is able to easily take measurements and color code different areas of any plan. Cons I really cant say anything negative about the product and vendor. We have a different software for pricing and cost estimates, but it seems to work well in that regard as well. I can see us possibly utilizing the estimating portion of Planswift in the future. I could not do this with my previous program. I also find it fast and easy. Cons I haven't found anything yet I do not like. I think it a fantastic product. It's simple and easy to use. Software installs easily, and customer support is available both online and via phone. Does not take long to learn and prepares excellent documentation for analysis. Pros Competitively priced. Cons No detailed tutorial for setting up new assemblies. Very very slow to use once you have complicated takeoffs.
