Because the development was done internally we are finding some restrictions in moving forward with new versions. Pros Good database schema that tracks QC dependencies well. It is a very good tool to manage and maintain that samples are collected, run, and reported. Cons The user interface is not very user friendly. It can be difficult to navigate through options in order to run the correct report.
