We balance EVERY night when we close. The support when needed is always helpful and quick.

Pros

Pay Junction's integration with ezyVet makes taking payments easy!

Cons

Can't think of anything I don't like. I wouldn't mind if it integrated with Care Credit cards.

Pros

Easy to use card processors, amazing locally based customer service.

Cons

Not every transaction need can be done from the integrated widget and you need to login to the website for recurring payments, refunds, etc.

WorldPay had poor customer service and was constantly having outages and bugs. PayJunction was also cheaper.

Pros

The best thing about PayJunction and the main reason we switched is the integration with our veterinary PIMS. Payment is quick, easy, and accurate every time. We no longer have to worry about mistyped amounts on a credit card machine. Our recorded payment amount always matched our actual payment amount.

Cons

It is more expensive than what we were previously paying. Althought the rates are higher, we do feel the efficiency and accuracy of payment collection is more than worth it.

I love how easy Payjunction is to use. Now that it is integrated to Ezyvet payments are so easy to take and refund.

There's not very much i can see that i dislike about payjunction in my own personal opinion

Pros

It is simple to send payment links and has a straightforward UI. Able to recharge credit card on file and issue refunds smoothly.

It is amazing payment processing software with very low commissions compared to the services it provides.

Pros

It is very secure and easily integrates with any eCommerce software. They ask for considerably little commission for their amazing service.

Cons

There are not many out-of-the-box integrations and require custom integrations.

Our overall experience has been great, particularly with customer service. Also, they beat our rates from our previous processor, which were already low, so that was a plus too.

Pros

Payjunction allows our veterinary PMS, ezyVet, to seamlessly take credit card payments in one step. No more mismatched end of day sheets - everything happens in one step so everything always matches. Also the ability to send remote payment links for people picking up medications or for people that need to pay a bill has been wonderful as well.

Cons

I truly don't have anything I'd want updated on Payjunction's end.
