It's easy to use!

Pros

That it connects to Sycle! It's been so easy to process patients payments. It's very fast and patients seem to like the new system as well.

Cons

Chip cards require patients to really shove their cards in for them to work. Processing a refund via Sycle isn't easy, so I don't even use it. I process via the PJ website.

Hi Greg, thank you for your review. Transactions with integrators are very linear. The transaction goes through the integrator and then posts to us. So if it does not go through from the medical software to us, then the problem has something to do with the integration. You should give them a ring for assistance.

Hi Erika, we are glad to hear that we're providing you with a seamless service. Regarding call wait times, we are open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Calls are answered within one minute, on average. If this isn't your experience, you may be calling into a CPS or iPayment account.

When we first started as a company it was great when were having just a few transactions per month. Where we are now it is being used a lot more.

Pros

It was easy for our staff to learn and work the functions. Was pleased on the way the funds hit our account.

Cons

We have nothing bad to say about the software. One of the things we found is the fees to use the software was getting to be a lot for our small company.

Hi Bob, It makes sense that as your business picks up, your credit card volume and fees will increase, too. With an Interchange or Tiered account, you are getting cost savings for medium- and low-risk transactions, which is great for your finances.

Hi Sarah, glad to hear you love PayJunction! In regards to overriding ZIP codes, you can adjust your security settings to avoid this going forward. Do note, however, that accepting card-not-present transactions with a failed AVS match can result in higher rates. AVS is recommended fraud protection.

I love the software - easy to use and find customers, I can always recharge customer card if needed.

Cons

I like the software so I can't think about something that I Iike the least about actual software. I DO NOT like being charged if I process less than 10K a month

Hi Elena, Thank you for sharing your experiences on Capterra. While we do charge $35 monthly for not processing $10,000 or more, we do not charge common PCI fees, SAQ fees, gateway fees and volume fees, which are typical in the industry.

Pros

The ease is using this program, as a new user it was really easy to learn. I like all the option on the side easily accessed.

Cons

knowing what options are available when a card declines, seems that things are declined easily when a zipcode doesn't match- if the alert said that we could check and rerun the card

THEIR VIRTUAL TERMINAL IS GREAT FOR E-MAILING A CUSTOMER THE CHARGE SLIP AND THEY CAN SIGN IT WITH THEIR MOUSE THEN SEND IT BACK. THE TRANSACTION IS NOW LOGED AS A SIGNED TRANSACTION. SECONDLY, ITS VERY EASY TO REVEIW TRANSACTION HISTORY AND FIND A REPEAT CUSTOMER THAT WANTS YOU TO USE THE SAME CARD AS BEFORE.
