I hate change and would love to stay with this platform, do you offer any other merchant services i couls switch to that are cheaper?

Pros

I love the platfrom of the site it is awesome! Just fees are way to much! I will be switching compaines

Cons

The software is fine i have no issues with the software at all..

We are able to use PayJunction with our online database where we store our transactions. They work together nicely.

Pros

It's very easy to use. They have a user friendly website as well.

Cons

Nothing. It's very easy to use. I wish we had began using it earlier.

Pros

The mobile pay is great feature and the emailed receipts with signature request is the best. Patients love the quick use and paperless aspect of it.

Pros

Very easy to navigate and process transactions

Cons

The input screen to process a transaction takes up a large amount of screen and scrolling to see it all. It would be nice if it was more concise on the screen.

Hi Brenda, thank you for the five-star review! The scroll issue you mention may be due to how zoomed in your browser is or the number of fields you're using to capture payment. By zooming out, you can likely avoid the scroll issue. We hope this helps!

We can process payments online as well as use terminals. Thats a plus for us.

Pros

We were able to get set up very quickly, thanks to helpful videos online and great user documentation. Processing and daily reporting are a breeze.

Cons

Frankly, there is very little that I don't like. An initial glitch with one of our pay terminals aside (which customer service fixed in short order), the system has worked perfectly.

Pros

automatic pay for tuition and lunch accounts. Always let me know if a payment did not go thru and allows me to retry.

Cons

Will not let me run two transactions that are for the same amount back to back in the same day. If you could fix that, it would not have any cons in my book

Pros

It's very quick and efficient for both employees and customers. For the most part it runs fairly smoothly.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes too long to process payment and customers have to wait. They, in turn, get frustrated.
