Pros I like that the product ( Shift4Dine) point of sale is installed in my restaurant, value for money, it didn't cost a fortune unlike other point of sales in the market. A great feature made us use it for various purposes, like staff management i.e. clock in /clock out, rewards, and customer engagement through its customer management system. Cons Because of the many features at the point of sale, navigating can take time. The technology is modern, the software is user-friendly, and the customer support has been very good. We are very satisfied with the overall service. Pros The Shift4 card machine is fast, reliable and very convenient for our busy food stall. It makes taking payments from customers quick and easy, especially during busy market hours.
