### "Great Tool"

Pros

Ease to print daily totals as well as research transactions.

Cons

Every once in a while we would connect to a customer service rep that would not be helpful or find but mostly the customer service agents were very helpful to work with.

This is a very efficient software for processing credit card payments for our Hospitality and Food and Beverage industry.

Pros

This software is easy to use on a daily bases. Quick and good customer service.

Cons

I have not experienced any issues with this service for the past 5 years I have been using it.

### "Worst company & worst software "

we had force to use this company from our franchise, we are missing 5 months american express transaction.. they are not willing to help .. always blaming processing company or american express company .. where has problem with shift4.. I would not recommended do any business
