I went to the Valero Texas Open golf tournament a few months ago with family and the event itself was very nice. ExtremeTix had exceptional customer service and my ticket purchase experience was smooth and painless. I got my confirmation email that had steps to print my tickets right away, the fee wasn't crazy expensive like some other ticketing companies, and when I had a question about my tickets, customer service was easy to get a hold of and answered my question. I wish all ticketing providers were as considerate and helpful as ExtremeTix.

Pros

Easy to but tickets, easy to get into the event.

Cons

That they're not selling tickets for other events that I go to.
