But I would like to learn how to use the different designs and templates, but you're more for marketing and advertising,,,which I do not do. Overall, I'm very satisfied with using Benchmark for what I do. Pros I needed a platform where I could send emails to approx. 100 members of my private group all at one time. Through Benchmark I am able to communicate with my private group of friends without being labeled as SPAM. Mostly this is true, it still happens from time to time but is always easily cleared up. And it's free! Plus I love that there's always someone around when I need help. Cons When I'm away from my desktop and have to send emails from my phone, it takes a long time to maneuver through it. I have to turn my phone sideways for one section then turn it back the other way for another section, repeating this several times. Pros The fact that I can format the sections/pages to look like an online advertisement that is interactive. Cons The fact that I can only download a PDF before sending the message, and that there are not other download format options, such as PNG. Additionally, the new AI feature allows for nice enhancements to our illustrations. Cons What I like least is the inability to copy and paste unlimited email addresses.
