November 13, 2014 5.0 I've been using Benchmark's new email designer program to make striking emails that I know will catch anyone's eye! It's easy to use, intuitive, and most importantly: fun! The designer is clear, concise, and helps to make your email campaigns look professional. With great templates to work from, color schemes to help create a certain vibe, and Benchmark's video and written tutorials I've been able to learn a side of running a business that I never knew could be so helpful. Molto semplice quindi creare le email, anche in modi abbastanza originale e visivamente appaganti. E per chi non è soddisfatto delle possibilità offerte dall'email-builder si può usare il codice html. Tra i punti di forza anche la possibilità di fare AB Testing e di organizzare adeguatamente i contatti. Cons Difficile trovare inconvenienti, ma forse se è tutto molto intuitivo non lo è l'ottimizzazione per smartphone e tablet, che è rivedibile. Review Source Michael M. Pros Offers a great value for smaller lists. It is especially useful being able to run a free account and actually be able to upload an existing list. Cons i do not like the customer service. everyone has a thick accent that you cant understand. I feel like the few times dealing with problems i have been let down and disappointed. it seems like benchmark outsources their customer service to India and i do not like that at all. I am all about promoting jobs in the US and not outsourcing. Pros It makes sending bulk emails out very easy (which I guess is the point). It additionally gives me details of what is happening to my email after I send it, which I enjoy looking at. Cons I'd say sometimes when editing an email, the font etc. gets strangely muddled up. Also, it doesn\`t give me too many options to edit the background of the emails (static colors). I wish also that we could add a contact list on top of the one previously added because usually my lists grow as more people join the mailing list as the days progress. It would be nice to have the computer recognize which email details they already have, and just add the extra ones that are added later. Isn't it great when you know you've made the right decision? I wanted easy design with professional outcome / auto responders with strong analytics / mobile app / list management / accessible support Benchmark gives me everything I wanted and tons more but the most important thing of all is their absolutely amazing support. Cons The pricing was abit on the high side for a beginner like me and the free plan wasn't exactly enticing but its a tad better than mailchimp's however some crucial features are witheld here. Pros I love that benchmark has several different templates to choose from so that you don't have to start from scratch as a new user. Benchmark also makes it so easy to schedule mass emails and they really do hit your inbox when it says it will. Cons I do wish there were a few more creative options on the editor to really make those emails pop. They are extremely proficient in every aspect of their offerings, and just some of the highlights include their crystal clear analytics interface, their extremely effective and well-designed templates, and their ability to achieve elevated deliverability levels. Pros Their A/B Split Testing system is definitely one of the easiest to use that I've ever seen, making what is generally a time consuming and confusing task extremely simple and straightforward. I also appreciate the breadth of their survey options. Cons Their interface is very effective on smartphones, tablets, and laptop screens but gets a bit too big on a 32" PC monitor. I like the sign up forms. Cons I didn't understand the segments. I switched back to my old email list because I was more familiar with it and it tied in with some other items that I needed to do with my website, specifically the landing pages.
