Pros

I really enjoy the drag and drop for email set up, as well as the ability to send surveys. I think this will be a great fit for our company.

Cons

I dislike the fact that I can not upload a "Paid List" even if they are our demographic and the list came from an affiliated company.

Hello Holly, We are glad to know you find our platform easy to use and that it integrates well with your website. In regards to purchased lists, we don't allow you to upload them without having permission but, I have a suggestion on how you can get permission. Try looking into Facebook Audiences. Facebook allows you to upload a list of emails to which you can showcase ads to. Your ad can be a request for signup. I know this adds an extra step, but it ensures a quality signup and it also creates a better engagement rate since they will become more familiar with your brand as well. Pros

I had used the free version before. It worked well, but today I'm having all kinds of technical issues that have been confirmed by your responses to my emails for support.

Cons

Have had nothing but technical difficulties all day. Still unresolved.

Lots of email go straight through to Junk Reasonable value for money, however more affordable services out there

We had to email our customer base upon re-opening our retail premises after the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The system was easy to use but we find that the pricing structure is devious in that there is no mention of the 250 email limit on the free version until after we have invested heavily in resources. We then have to decide whether to abandon the process and start again, or buy the license. Ethical trade means being up-front about costs.

Pros

Easy to set up easy to import a CRM database good email address checking for duplicates and incomplete details fairly easy to import corporate logo

Cons

The pricing structure is flawed. It was difficult to work out how to format the email

Cons

Adding images can be tedious when you upload and need to access. A search would make it easier.

We've been using Benchmark Email since 2010 after testing three different ESPs first. The big draw, in the beginning, was the special pricing for non-profits. In the recent 2-3 years, though, Benchmark has improved their features immensely, especially the email editor tool, with drag and drop editing and several email design options.

Easy of Use, non-profit discounts, several email design options

Overall, Benchmark meets our needs. However, we like to set up our code in a different program, rather than a template (in Dreamweaver). We run into issues where the code doesn't transfer cleanly. It takes a lot of reformatting.

I have used MailChimp and I have found a benchmark to be the best of all! Seems to have the best functionality and format customization available. I would love to see more fonts and a cleaner benchmark stamp for the bottom.

Pros

Robust features even at the free level. Also, excellent customer service/IT help, again, even at the free level.

Cons

Some features not intuitive. I did get conflicting information from 2 help desk contacts, but the second contact easily and quickly resolved my problem.

none besides spam clogging up my email. the company is Fd or they are Fn with me.

THEY SEND ME EMAIL AFTER EMAIL EVEN IF I UNSUBSCRIBE. So after i call and unsubscribe they keep sending me emails. they are all in English besides the unsubscribe button. this is what it was.... cancelar su suscripción aquí . google translator said unsubscribe here . I am over this company. i have tried being nice but now it is all out war.

They make it very difficult to cancel your service and continue to bill you long after you have asked them to close account. Buyer beware

We tested the software and ended up going with another provider

Cons

Billing practices are sneaky and unfair. They make it very difficult to sign up, act very precious about your lists and then cheat you as much as they can by burying terms and clauses in their sign up.

Pros

It is very customizable and can be used by several levels of "techiness" on the user side. From drag and drop to beyond.

Cons

Sometimes can be picked up by spam filters, which is definitely a worst case scenario for our campaigns.
