Very easy to use. Downloading contacts is very easy if you have a list. Cons Wish you could copy and paste more then 50 contacts at a time would be a huge time saver. Pros The user interface is simple to use and user friendly enough. Cons There are some things on the user interface that you cannot edit or do, but for the most part you can tweak almost everything you would want to. The cost is also a bit high. Able to make a professional looking newsletter in a short amount of time. Easy learning curve to create great email blasts and content. Lots of support from Benchmark reaching out to make sure I was engaged. Cons I am happy with it so far. I will be learning more about the capabilities as I continue to use Benchmark's services.
