It's is smooth and dashboard is quite good. Anyone can use this easily. No training required for this. And easily support is available for this if you are encountering any problem. Pros Easy to use. simple and lots of features. Busy is very good accounting software with good features for small businesses. Cons As mentioned above it is good for small businesses. Pros It is easy to use with all the finctionalities required for my business. The work which includes mostly working with excel, busy provides an excellent solution for that. Cons It does not provide in application cloud support as tally does. For the cloud you need to buy an rdp client and then busy runs on that, which makes it less userfriendly especially for me who has multiple branches of same business and need to have a centralised billing. The server is local if using a native application and if something happens to the pc, the whole data is corrupted and is lost which is a major disadvantage and rdp block most of the features and incleases the steps to download an excel or pdf. Pros There nothing which you like.Highly disappointing. even if there product is not working they charge you.Once they download there software on your machine their job done.They dont bother weather client is using it or not . Cons There is a Huge Communication Gap Between sales & Delivery.I have described all my problem to sales people .They told me go for Busy all your problem will be solved.I have asked them to use product for 1 month .They charged 5000 + GST for 2 month.I have not used there product even for a Day.They denied to return my money.there team was not able to upload my tally Data to busy.So Please be cautious before paying full amount. Cons I am a Chartered Accountant.The software is very tedious and complicated in working. They sales manager comes and pitch for the software buying by assuring for services and take software fees immediately. And when issues are raised they don't pick the call nor they give satisfactory solution. And on being dissatisfied, we ask for refund of software fees, they say it is not possible. Invoice creation was so time consuming work by doing manually but in busy software it so steady and quick Pros Busy is super easy to operate as it does not require any special course or training before using it. busy comes with tons of features like billing and invoice creation which other accounting software doesn't have. i can easily operate it, maintain ledger and accounts. busy made my work easy in daily life official work. financial statements, account statements , sales report and summary all are available here. Cons The only i did not like is that i paid for whole software and i cannot use it without hardware key and it is difficult to operate your old data once you upgrade to next version. you would need assistance from customer support to do so. Pros It has many features including forecasting, inventory management, ledger management, tax management, customizable reporting and very easy to use for non-technical employees. Cons We were using a desktop application and it had some security loopholes due to which our server kept getting attached by ransomware and other cyber attacks due to which we had to take daily backups, which after a point got very annoying.
