Pros: I've been working with this software for couple years, no issues dealing with them. Website is easy to navigate, to understand and well organised

Cons: there is not really a thing need to be changed or to be improved but maybe the application need some updates to make it easier

Overall: easing the process dealing with customers and controlling and managing my inventory

Pros: The software provides easy access to my inventory and doing deals has been very easy, April walked me through important issues and advice and was very friendly nice and professional!

Cons: the least i like about the software is the loading part, i think it could be integrated to be a bit faster but overall the software rocks !

Overall: everything as a backbone software for dealerships!

Pros: The program is very "user-friendly" and my account rep is amazing. Dashboard features are arranged nicely and links to other sites/pages are good.

Overall: With this program, I am able to keep our inventory in a better-organized location. I have the capabilities of combining our "Buy Here Pay Here" option to my monthly AutoCheck account, which will keep all car deals in a more centralized location.

She is the BEST!

Pros: Very thorough and easy to follow. I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Dealer Center

Cons: I wish the cost was less. FREE would be nice. Cost of credit per pull, but I just found out DC will price match or beat my quote!

Overall: Everything is in one spot so a person doesn't have to jump from one program to another. Seems kinda user-friendly.

Our rep is the main reason we decided to purchase the software.

Pros: Our reason for continuing of this software is our Inside Customer Service rep . He has been a great resource for us. Software is also remote based which allows us to use from and desktop or our app.

Cons: There are more software glitches than I prefer, but ultimately decided too keep the software. No Outside Sales Rep to visit us, which make it feels a little less personable.

Their product is user friendly and we use it everyday.

Pros: I love the ease of inputting a deal and structure. Also, inputting our inventory a long inputting process either. Processing and preparing a deal is convenient with their software.

Cons: We like their bank financing procedure option. I just wish they had more financial institutes and banks to choose from and to deal with.

Overall: I'm able to express my concerns, benefits and expectations of some of the software products we use daily.

Pros: The more I use it,the easier it is to use, it's user friendly. Like that I can print out my documents all in one place.

Cons: The credit application,it's like it's in 2 pieces, when you put information in,it's like in 2 parts.

Overall: Do it all in one page!

Pros: Autocheck is easy to use. Also convenient to submit deals to Westlake financial. Dealer Center is easy to use for the most part.

Cons: setting up autocheck had some issues but its OK now.

Overall: working with one dealer center representative is helpful if I have questions and submitting deals to westlake while running autocheck in one system

Just completed the training which was excellent. Have not written any deals as of yet

Pros: Easy to use if you know where to go. Like the Deal Structuring section, make it easy to customize a deal. Love the deal package sections with all of the paperwork required specific to my state. My rep really did a nice job running us through the training.

Cons: Dealer Center is geared toward the ability to grow as my independent dealership grows, I would have liked to spend more time on the links and additional software available. I think our rep didn't want to download too much info in the first training. Maybe a follow-up training touch-base 30 days after activation would be helpful just to make sure we are using all the capabilities of the software product.

Overall: Ability to customize a deal structure - this was big for me. Also the links to other products that will help me grow my business

Cons: Position of the save button it blends in with the background. I could not really see it maybe it could stand out just a little more.

Pros: we love how we can use the software for our finance, CRM and Desk managing software. and also use it from pretty much everywhere. The support team is also very good. I am very pleased with the service. Whenever I have a question it gets answered the price is unbeatable.

Cons: if I had to put a con on. I would probably say that my most recent clients do show up under my prospects. Its only a select few. Maybe that's something I have to tweek. but that's about it.

Overall: efficiency. efficiency saves time... therefore it saves money.

Pros: The support the representatives provide is great, they have several people who help to provide a great experience for us and make sure everything works the way it should and that our process is simple and efficient.

Cons: There are bugs that have to be fixed from time to time but again the staff is on top of correcting them as soon as possible.

Overall: Great support and one location where I can do all my business.

Dealer Center software has a lot to offer but reporting has a lot room for the improvement.

Pros: Cloud based systems. Easy to connect with lenders.
Website support and advertisement integration are good features.

Cons: Reporting can be improved Fewer customer service rep compare to Frazer which has un parallel awesome service support without any delay.

Overall: Online program easy to connect and has almost all the features needed to run the dealership.

Pros: the mobile app and how i can manage my inventory I LOVE IT . I love how they also customized my website Nd can manage inventory all in one.

Overall: So far so good dealer center is great haven't had any issues so far like everything and i can get training's to learn more from my dealercenter rep which is great.

Pros: great value for money. has many features that other more expensive software has at a much greater cost.

Cons: still some bugs. cannot assign salesperson to deal. have to hunt for a deal/client/ input. software should be seemless in all categories for updating information.

Pros: Ease of adding inventory - this area of the software is very appealing
my product rep is amazing!

Cons: The accounting system - debits credits - needs to be more in depth
I do like the bhph feature however I would definitely prefer to have a lot more features added to the accounting program the this feature. Ex: Should I want to add diff late fees, I want it to be classified as late fees, not other etc. -

Pros: i have tec support behind me at all times . and one of the customer rep is completely the best she honestly does everyhing that i need.

Cons: i dont like that the crm or the dms isnt included in the start up because it would be a pro if it was .

Overall: i got customer satisfaction that ive been wanting from customers also the crm is great.

Pros: I can do more in one place and from anywhere. Huge plus, however that is quickly outweighed by the feeling of being nickel and dimed with fees for every little thing, and by the lack of good customer service. It took close to a month for us to receive and sort of likeable and good customer service at all.

Cons: 1-The amount of nickel and dime fees that are charged rather than providing an all inclusive package
2-The lack of good customer Service
3-The time that it actually took the website to go from concept to live, when I was told 1 week and it took closer to 4 weeks
4-The website is a simple Wordpress cookie cutter that they take and change a couple of things to make you think it is your personally designed website--NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS CONVEYED.
5-The Rep that is assigned to your account is having a competition with you to see who can get in the most words. (I was told he was an account manager not at all what I got)
6-The account manager that we were assigned seemed more interested in selling me on something rather than helping me to understand what I did have!

Pros: Overall the software is amazing. Been with franchise dealers for 20 plus years and this software hangs with the big boys, allowing for CRM, Website Design and maintaince, Desking, Inventory Mangement, Marketing, SEO and SEM, really its incredible for the money spent! Pros: The thing that I really like about DealerCenter software is that you can maneuver around the whole application effortlessly the reason I say that is that I have used dealer track and everything you have to upload, book the car out there's so many different screens, but Dealer center has everything is at your fingertips. It's also integrates with our website and inventory. The online technical support is so great and easy to connect with the support center. Myself I've had the opportunity to work with Monica are delicious and the rep that has been very cordial very timely on returning calls and helping set up all applications. Thank you Monica this has been a great experience working with you and I'm looking forward to working with you in the future again thank you.

Pros: My former account rep, has always been available to offer training and support whenever we need it.

Cons: Customer support is sometimes slow to respond. Today I attempted a "live chat" to discuss an issue and was informed the wait time to speak to a technician would be 8 minutes.....Thankfully my rep, followed up immediately and addressed my issue.

Pros: I like that I can link Dealer Track into DealerCenter to simplfy my submission process and my day to day operations

Cons: When I use DealerTrack to enter my deals the deal information is changed when I get into DealerCenter to start rehashing.

Pros: I can run multiple banks on here! searching for customer is simple. theres many tools for the full DMS .

Cons: A few bugs. sometimes it lags. some of the print forms dont fully fill in cash deals. it doesnt allow u to have mulitiple users on one account

Pros: The product is one of the best I've seen as an Independent dealer. Offers a lot of bang for the buck.

Pros: The new function for our dealer is CRM, easy to contact customer and reply customer request of vehicle. It's more function than other's CRM which was use before.

Pros: I am the accounting manager for our dealership so my favorite feature is the bridge to import information into QuickBooks. All of our inventory and sold deal info imports and saves me a ton of time while managing information that QuickBooks can not!!!!! Customer Service has been GREAT !!!

Cons: I wish the reports had more features and would love to have the ability to export to PDF format also. However, I am still learning new things every day about Dealer Center so this may be partly my fault!

Overall: Inventory Management, Deal Processing and Importing data to QuickBooks! The biggest benefit for me is the times that it has saved me because I do not manually have to enter all data into our accounting system!

Pros: The ease of use and ability to do multiple tasks in a single environment is what most appeals to me. The customer service support line in general is bar NONE the best in the industry. My account executive gives me the personalized attention that's sorely missing by the competitors.

Cons: The amount of window popups required to do the simplest of tasks is a little bothersome and creates delays in usage once too many windows are open.

Overall: All Sorts!... Speed, Accuracy, Constancy, and Efficiency...

The support staff has been wonderful to work with and the app helps me in my decision making.

Pros: Having the tool is very helpful. I can scan a vin number at the auction and have a good idea about vehicle history.

Cons: The tool scanning capabilities are not always useable. If an auction goes to a color sticker the app doesn't like the tool is useless.

Pros: It is fairly easy to use. The reporting is very robust. Tasking is a great addition for working with other office divisions. There are a lot of marketing and lead management that allow plenty of room for growth.

Cons: There have been a lot of issues to be handled with the BHPH module. Understandably since this is a new addition. The inventory management could use a little tweaking from an available data pov as well as the BHPH end.

Overall: We got a cloud based DMS and BHBH integrated software with loads of potential and ease of use. As we grow there are plenty of things available to us to help manage that growth as well as increase it.

We love DealCenter very easy to use and they have amazing customer service! We love our rep Etoya!

Pros: Easy of use. The fact we have it on 2 phones. The app has a history so we can go back and show customers.

Cons: We have not run into any problems. The only thing I can think of when you go to log in there is no forgot the password. Which for me I do have to use occasionally.

Pros: Layout makes sense and it is easy to use. I'm new to the Auto Sales Business and having this software really gave me the confidence to manage customer information, manage vehicle data, and obtain reports. I learned the auto sales business from scratch and with the wonderful guidance from the support staff I was able to successfully close multiple deals in a short amount of time

Cons: The software could be faster and more fluid after saving information. Each time new input is saved it has to be manually saved. That could be an area for improvement

Customer service on the tech support side is pretty good.

Comments: Our company only allows dealers to submit application through Dealertrack and RounteOne. But we have signed up several new dealers in the last year who do not use either. I was lucky to meet customer service agent about a year ago and they had helped PFS to grow and connect with those new dealers. They helped those dealers to submit applications through Dealercenter via RouteOne. This help they have provided my dealers is indispensable. Now our company is able to service more dealers than before.

Comments: I recently started working at ZN Motors and did not have a clue about computers much less DealerCenter . Agent called to follow up with the dealership and I am so glad he did !!! I know that I can call him and he will bend over backwards to help me with any questions or problems I have. Agent is very patience with me !!!! He knows that computers are not my strong point by any means yet he never makes me feel like I am a bother to him. There have been a couple of times where I felt completely ready to throw in the towel but instead I called agent and he very calmly walked me through my "meltdown" and again he did it without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Saul has always been very professional yet down to Earth each and every time I have had to call him. I wish everyone I have to deal with could have the great attitude that Saul has !!! Saul is also very good about calling and just checking to see if I need any help and if things are running smoothly on my side. It is nice to know that he is only a phone call away if I need him.

Comments: Support is very good. I have not been using all the features of the program to make a educated conclusion. If it performs the way it is promised then it should be a very powerful tool.

Comments: We use the CRM to help us manage our leads to follow up by salespeople. It helps us stay in contact with our customers and build our business. Whenever I need help.
