Pros: What we like the most is that we can add vehicles very quickly and we can access everything over the mobile app its great!

Cons: Sometimes we get too many follow up calls which is good, but sometimes we get too busy at work helping customers

Overall: Using Dealer Center helps us run our business and helps us with our sales

Every time I reach out to Sate he is always eager to help and ready to answer any questions.

Pros: What I like about the software is that it is easy to understand and easy to move around in so that makes the overall job easier. Thanks !

Cons: The only thing that I really care the least about is the extra tabs popping up but I can deal with it just rather not if possible .

Pros: dealercenter makes f&i department so easy... i like to have all that i need with few clicks, dealer center makes me enter less data entry

Cons: dealercenter need to control repair and payroll, is not a lot of things to say negative about delaercenter

Pros: We love the ability to be able to pull Autochecks on the vehicles that we purchase from the Auction. It is crucial to us to know the history of a vehicle. We also love the help we've been getting from our rep. The support staff always there when we need her.

Pros: The ease of use. Much less flipping from one program, or one web page to the next. The software is all integrated into Dealertrack, Route One etc. You don't have to copy the prospect from the CRM to the DMS and vice versa to keep track of them. The customer service available is hands down, the best. Our Rep, Abigail Bishop, knows her stuff!

Cons: The program is full of tips and tricks and its a bit daunting at first, but its easy enough to get over as long as you're proactive in asking for help.

Overall: The biggest thing we gained from switching is TIME. All of the different applications asking for the same information eats up a large portion of your time and you don't even realize it. All your questions and answers are there in one easy location.

You don't have to be an expert to use this software. :-D

Pros: It is a one stop shop, I dont have to go from different software companies to another just to sell a car

Cons: The financial deal part is a little hard to get down because there is so much to learn on the choice part.

Overall: I am able to do everything and some in one spot

Pros: Very easy to navigate it is quick and easy at the click of a mouse. The tools are amazing. I like the form selection and easy to use,

Cons: Not many things I don't like. It is difficult to print buyers order and contracts using chrome instead of internet explorer. I prefer chrome.

Pros: Software is easy to use and customer support from Walter Morales. The reports generated are exactly what I need for my business.

Cons: Need more videos of teach in's. Would like to see the ability to create reports for lenders I go along the risk with. Would like to see payment reminders to dealers.

Overall: The customer service support is outstanding! He ALWAYS returns calls quickly and doesn't let anyone wait!

Pros: It's quick with not stalling or loading time. Pretty simple to use. Cust support rep was so helpful. She understood what we were looking for and ensured it was addressed right away. Etoya is an incredible help who is on top of any inquiry or concern we might have. The turn around time and service from their employees is what makes Dealer Center great. They know that time is money.

Cons: The DMS needs more website template options. I do wish there was a HTML option to format the height and width of particular portions of the website.

staff are courteous and polite. They help you with everything you want regarding the online website.

Cons: Price is a little bit high and specially when you are new to this business and you are not making money.
When you check car value from the auction, the app requires you to enter the Odometer reader as it is supposed to be fed directly from the auction .

Pros: It's a great app to handle all the information and inventory of cars, you can also send the deal to the banks and financial companies through Dealercenter.
You can add all the information of the customers, the deals and the inventory.

Cons: The app is not soo intuitive or easy to use, sometimes is not easy to find a deal, a car or a customer. If you don't find what your looking for, the system doesn't show you that it didn't find it.
If you have more than one dealer, it's not easy to handle both inventories, you have to go to each dealer to look for the car, so you basically have to look more than once. They really need to work on facilitating a way to handle more than one dealer.

dealercenter has been very helpful for me i find it very useful and great . I love how easy it is

Pros: Great powerful tool. There's so much this CRM does and more. From Kelly blue book to keeping track of your customers. You wont be dissapointed

Pros: Everything is easy to find in one place... the side menu! Automatic stock numbering is fantastic and easy to configure to whatever I want. Incredibly detailed reporting and vehicle history reports make this indispensable asset to any dealership. (BTW, competitor never answered phone for quote so this is the only one to use).

Pros: E contracting is very useful and fast , easy to submit deals to westlake financial and other banks. Having rep is convenient and helpful

Cons: nothing ,dealer Center is user friendly , easy to learn. Sometimes I have problems with e contracting but my rep is able to help me if I have questions.

Overall: instant approval from Westlake , im able to get the job done for my dealership in an efficient way .

Pros: It's managing our inventory in a very efficient and smart way... also the CRM is helping us manage our customers more efficient... All features are really useful... BHPH, Financial reports, Dashboard...
A big thank you for the great support... also the technical support was very useful...

Cons: We would like to be integrated with quick books to manage the bills and daily expenses, but we have to pay extra fees for integration beside, the monthly fees of quick books... We wanna a better offer on that one :)

Pros: Starting off with the customer service rep, Desiree, she is amazing! Very impressive, also the system handles most of my needs, website, advertising, deal submission and contracts.

Cons: Sometimes there is so much you can do in the system that it gets confusing but my rep Desiree is always ready to jump in and fix the system for me.

Overall: gets the job done!!

The support staff is very excellent and very helpful, if it was not for her I would give up my website!

Pros: My leads have increased tremendously and my website looks beautiful, I love it. I have worked with customer support quite a few times and they have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Awesome customer service!

Cons: I would've liked to see more choices as far as the look of the website but it turned out that they were able to customize the site and I'm really happy with the way it turned out, so my only negative feedback ended up being positive.

Overall: The CRM has proven to be invaluable, my leads increased, my traffic has increased and I am way more organized. Very happy with it.

Pros: The support ,ie: has been out of this world. I have NEVER felt so at-ease with somebody trying to help me with computer-related stuff. I've always felt rushed in the past and have aborted many times in the past. I'm excited and eager to get rolling with Dealercenter!

Cons: I haven't encountered anything yet. The only thing I haven't been able to do is export my inventory from Manager yet but that is not the fault of Dealercenter because Desiree has sent a couple of e-mails but hasn't gotten a response yet...

Overall: I'm just starting out but have a great feeling about this software.

Pros: Very nice looking and functional website! Cust support rep was very helpful with customize web site design and structure! Strong DMS and CRM also! Great choice for that price!

Cons: Users permissions needs to be fixed. Vehicle cost can be changed by finance managers... Add "Deposit" / "Hold" status on deals... ADD status "LOCKED" for finalized deals, so no one can change/play with done deals.

Pros: For smaller dealerships, like ours, Dealercenter is a God-send. The feature set includes the important functionality we need to pretty much run all aspects of our business, and the price works for us. Perhaps the best feature...the client support has been phenomenal. I've been in business for close to 30 years, and rarely have I experienced a company rep go above and beyond for a client (which isn't even his own) . If I could hire that guy to work for my company, I would in a heartbeat!!

Cons: Onboarding could be a little better. There is lots of documentation and help videos, but a 1-hour onboard training would have gone a long ways. No big deal, we've figured most of it out at this point, and it looks to be great!

I love DealerCenter! Brandon Tryon was extremely helpful during the website development.

Pros: The software is user friendly. I liked having someone to work close with on the development of the upgraded website. The design is very fresh and clean, setting our dealership apart from the competition.

Cons: While it is not terrible, the inventory is synced with another system so it affects the deleted inventory and it pops back up. It may be a human input error on my end, but it is something I deal with. The tech support team has tried to resolve it a few times, but it happens again after a while.

Pros: Ease of use, and with out a doubt when it doubts call the customer rep. I have been Consulting for the Sports Car Group and suffered major set back with what I wanted to be the heart of the operation, a full spectrum lender, and as I was just at my point of turning negative which is a but rare for ME. Sunshine came through in the form of the rep who didn't allow to me harp but do what I knew to do and that looked past to see what was still there. She found me 5 sub prime and 4 prime options to offset my loss. I am grateful for her, she may never know how much that small act of kindness resignated with me.

Cons: The Customer experience isn't shared accross all Westlakes Products and Services. I wish preferred lender didn't auto submit.

Overall: Anyone can set up a auto dealership and have it operational and effective in a week.

Pros: I like that it is easy to use and keep track of our inventory. Desking Deals and preparing deals through Westlake is easy. The integration with our advertising agencies seems to be streamlined nicely as well.

Pros: It's just simple to use, I could teach my 14 year old how to work deals with this software! Direct, responsive, and fantastic customer service. Support executive was always super attentive and if he doesn't know he refers me to the person that does.

Cons: Not knowing all of it's attributes, that comes with time though I would imagine. Being a new user the webinars are extremely valuable to our company, though they do not always pertain to our dealership.

Overall: The ease of adding banks as well as getting deals printed and signed properly in mere minutes.

Pros: The software has continued to grow to fit our needs. We can choose as little, or as many options as we would like and make changes at anytime and customer service is always knowledgeable and available to help with these requests.

Cons: The inventory feature sometimes has bugs when you are trying to sync the mobile app data to the server.

Overall: A one stop shop for the majority of our business needs.

Pros: Dealercenter has an easy layout and overall very intuitive. We love the CRM module. Overall great tool .

Cons: The add banner at the bottom of the home page is kind of annoying. Other than that we are very happy

Overall: Better inventory management and great CRM

Pros: We switched to DealerCenter earlier this year and have had great success! I enjoy all of the features and the great customer service. It is so easy to reach out to any number of reps in the company and have someone walk you right though any situation. My current rep, Sate as well as my initial rep Josh have been incredible! It is always like catching up with an old friend whenever we talk. I look forward to the growth of DealerCenter and the new features to come!

Cons: The only thing that I don't just LOVE about the software is that no matter what finance deal you submit, it goes to Westlake. I understand they are partners, but sometimes I know they aren't the right fit for my deal.

Overall: I love that it is all inclusive! No more switching back and forth and logging into so many products just to get the same end result!

Pros: The company is so far ahead of the curve when it comes to bringing anything a dealer could want from a DMS. From our website to inventory. I have been with Dealer Center for over 6 years and I don't keep using them because their bad!

Cons: some times, there technology gets ahead of their support. But, they are always willing to get the answer and fix it

Overall: Makes my every day work so much easier!

Customer support is wonderful. i have been using this application for over three years. I love it works great!!

Pros: I seen the old system and the new system the improvements keep getting better and better. Cant wait to see what is next. Just subscribed to the CRM.

Pros: It's a wide program, from the connection with WFS and other lenders as well as advertising/marketing they offer. The structure of the deal is very detailed.

Cons: Sometimes the system does not run well when they are updating things on the back end, it is not down for long but would like to see it work continuously.

Pros: It amazes me how helpful the people are at Dealer Center and that it is a cloud based system. Also that all the information is integrated right on the system for me.

Cons: They are always updating and tweaking the system so it does not always work perfect but it is a great system to have.

Overall: One simple location to do all my daily activities.
