Overall experience has been a good 5 years of having Dealercenter. Never once had to call them about any issues and they always reach out first.

Pros

It helps with managing a dealership. And they are always updating their platform to perform at its best. Also the rep that handle your accounts are always really cool.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike about a program that helps you from start to finishing a car deal. Maybe some will complain about pricing of subscription cost

Overall. Dill center is a very reliable and comprehensive dealership management system. It works great for managing inventory and desking deals quickly on the sales floor. While the mobile app could be faster on the lot and the cost add up, it remains an essential tool that helps our dealership run smoothly every day

Pros

Dealer center is a great all-in-one platform that makes it incredibly easy to manage our vehicle inventory, run credit reports, and structure deals for customers. This is some updates very quickly, and having access to auction data and vehicle history reports directly in one place saves our sales team team by ton of time during the day

Cons

The mobile app can be quite slow and laggy when you are out on the lot trying to scan a VIN number or upload vehicle photos. I also feel like the user interface looks a bit outdated, and the monthly subscription pricing can get a bit expensive as you add more license for the team

Overall dealercenter has genuinely transformed how we run our dealership. Coming from a fragmented setup with different tools for each task to now having everything under one roof making our efficiency better then ever. Customer service is always available and are always a pleasure to speak to anytime I have issues which barely ever happens anymore.

Pros

As a used vehicle dealer their CRM has been critical for our successful. Dealercenter gives me most of the tools I need during my day to day use because it’s a dms, CRM and inventory manager all in one so it saves me money every month not having to pay multiple softwares.

Cons

There are 2 things have been bothersome to me about dealercenter and it’s the website they provide for displaying inventory and info. The website looks like it’s something made in the early 2000s. Secondly finding old deals is a pain to do.

The site is user-friendly, and everything is laid out in a way that saves time and avoids confusion. Their customer service is also top-notch—very helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly.

Pros

DealerCenter has been extremely easy to use and makes the entire process smooth from start to finish

Cons

We did run into an issue regarding a buyback that appeared to be based on a misunderstanding. While we appreciated the initial support, it was frustrating that we were unable to escalate the matter or speak with a supervisor to further explain the situation. Having that level of access would make a big difference in resolving more complex issues and improving the overall experience.

Switching from our old system to DealerCenter has been a game changer for our dealership. The CRM alone has already produced more customer response and engagement than we ever saw with our previous setup. Their training is clear, practical, and top-notch, and the support team is truly next level — quick, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I especially want to highlight our reps, \[sensitive content hidden\], who have been outstanding. They're always available when I have a question, incredibly helpful, and make the entire process smooth. DealerCenter has exceeded every expectation.

Pros

I am getting so much more customer interaction with DealerCenter. I'm closing more deals now than ever. And any questions that I have are answered almost immediately by my reps. Even if they don't know the answer right away they get back to me quickly. And adding Deal Driver to my account has changed everything! As soon as I added it my CRM blew up!

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected I think when switching software companies.
