Pros

The software is user friendly. I liked having someone to work close with on the development of the upgraded website. The design is very fresh and clean, setting our dealership apart from the competition.

Cons

While it is not terrible, the inventory is synced with another system so it affects the deleted inventory and it pops back up. It may be a human input error on my end, but it is something I deal with. The tech support team has tried to resolve it a few times, but it happens again after a while.

Pros

It is a one stop shop for our dealership. Previously we had to use 4-5 different systems for just 1 deal. Now, we ONLY use DC for our DMS, billing, marketing and deals.

Cons

As someone who has a background in web design, I felt somewhat restricted by the developers as they did not give me access to ALL areas of the back end of the website features.

It is fast without delays or loading times. Quite simple to use and web based so you can access the distributor from any device and anywhere.

Pros

The user interface and reliability are very good, it allows adding inventory with great ease, this area of the software is very attractive. The ease of use and ability to multitask in a single environment is what attracts me the most. Customer service is extremely useful.

Cons

Report customization is difficult to understand without technical support at times. The amount of pop-ups needed to perform the simplest tasks is a bit annoying and creates delays in use once too many windows are opened.

Cloud based systems. Easy to connect with lenders. Website support and advertisement integration are good features.

Reporting can be improved Fewer customer service rep compare to Frazer which has un parallel awesome service support without any delay.

The website and the credit reports for the customers. Since I've learned how to run the report and "understand" it, I better know how to help my customers. Zach w/ Westlake is great too!!!

Pros

Computer software is easy for me to catch on once I use it and understand what I'm doing. This is a new field for me. Juan E. has been there holding my hand through the whole process. Cust support representative has the patience of a turtle. I asked so many questions, over and over; he broke things down to elementary level for me. He walks me step by step through the process. Everytime I call him, he's the same - jovial, cordial, and smart!!!

Cons

For someone new to this field as myself, I would have liked a flowchart or some kind of checklist to where I could have followed for the paperwork. I still don't know ALL the paperwork I need for an export deal or out of state deal.

These people always change the price, it is a lie that they are $ 60m they always charged $ 120, the platform is slow, the support is slow and I see that they are liars, I do not recommend them.
