It is easy to use. The dashboard is amazing. The reason i am migrating to Dealer center is because they have everything the I need. It is a one stop shop....I highly recommend dealer center

Cons

So far so good! I will use it some more and if i find something to recommend i will definitely share with dealer center

Pros

It is a huge help to the business environment. You can manage your business and save time a lot. It's even greater thus it's all I one with your phone/computer. I heard that customer service is great, but I did not check it. I'm a self-taught style of man.

Cons

I do not how but my notifications in the phone app are on and I am not seeing anything. Maybe it is a problem of switching some options. To this time I did not get it. I had it with one person that I was dealing with some business stuff.

Pros

What we like the most about DealerCenter is EVERYTHING! Specifically, we love the mobile app & being able to conduct business remotely.

Cons

What do we like least that it doesn't show the cars in the customer field when the leads come into DealerCenter. Once you drill down to the customer, you can see the car, but it would be nice for the vehicle to be referenced immediately.

Pros

The software has continued to grow to fit our needs. We can choose as little, or as many options as we would like and make changes at anytime and customer service is always knowledgeable and available to help with these requests.

Cons

The inventory feature sometimes has bugs when you are trying to sync the mobile app data to the server.

I used to use Dealer Car Search for 5 years, I've slowly started to migrate everything to dealer center. They have helped me and the system is easy to use. I like how everything is integrated in one system. like the credit application is on my website and I get notify when I have a lead. The Crm has helped me manage my leads. I also get to push vehicles to autotrader from one system. it's worth it. The customer support is awesome.

Pros

Software is easy to use and is super user friendly. One of the best parts is your customer service. It goes above and beyond and answered all of my questions.

Cons

No complaints from me. Its hard to find any true downsides to the software and your customer service.

I used to be a customer for carsforsale.com and needed to cut back on expenses so I decided to go with no website but cargurus only allows inventory to be updated through a third party. The customer representative helped me figure that out and also sold me a website though dealer center.

Pros

The features that need monthly payments that customer representative helped me discover.

Cons

the monthly cost that is being charged for more services.

It is all in one. I really enjoy working from just one platform.

Cons

How the email is being sorted then delivered. Some of the time they just come to my business email rather than through DealerCenter through certain websites.

Reason for choosing DealerCenter

The Family have an excellent reputation as well they are Trojans!It is a great program, the environment is clear, intuitive and organized. The price point is right as well.Thank you for a real tool that works.

What I like most about Dealercenter is how easy it is to use, I use Dealercenter everyday not only for my inventory management but for my Westlake fiance deals and cash deals!

Does EVERY aspect of my dealership.

Pros

I like almost every aspect of the system. Customer service is spot on and always ready to help. Wonderful system !

Cons

None. I'd like to see the front and backend report separate. It gives avg for units sold. That's the only change that I'd like to see. The reporting could be a bit easier if you're not integrated with quick books.

I like how everything works and flows together. I love the wish list feature that allows you to circle back to old leads/customers. All-in-one functionality is great. Service from customer support has been great as well keeping us up to date on all the new features.

Inventory Management, Deal Processing and Importing data to QuickBooks! The biggest benefit for me is the times that it has saved me because I do not manually have to enter all data into our accounting system!

Pros

I am the accounting manager for our dealership so my favorite feature is the bridge to import information into QuickBooks. All of our inventory and sold deal info imports and saves me a ton of time while managing information that QuickBooks can not!!!!! Customer Service has been GREAT !!!

Cons

I wish the reports had more features and would love to have the ability to export to PDF format also. However, I am still learning new things every day about Dealer Center so this may be partly my fault!

Starting off with the customer service rep, Desiree, she is amazing! Very impressive, also the system handles most of my needs, website, advertising, deal submission and contracts.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much you can do in the system that it gets confusing but my rep Desiree is always ready to jump in and fix the system for me.

I haven't worked with another company that goes beyond to always answer my questions without putting me on hold for 1 or 2 hours. DC keeps me organized w/ my inventory and helps with me focusing on selling rather than doing admin work . Dealerscloud had the worst customer service and I'm glad I went with DC. My rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] showed me how to do everything inside the system.

Pros

I love the convenience of the mobile app, and your customer service always answers when I have an issue.

Cons

I wish the price was better than what i'm paying

The greatest thing about the system is the support from my rep Desiree and the rest of the specialists that help to customize the system for our needs.

Sometimes when I am using the same or similar information for cosigners the system will mark it as a duplicate and does not allow me to create a separate profile.
