I really enjoy Dealer Center, I have used it for years. There is room to improve but it is a very nice system. Also my rep, Desiree, is awesome.

Pros

I have everything all in one place, makes running the dealership a lot easier.

Cons

There are small things like printing invoices for expenses and giving more detail on how to price the vehicles that I would like the system to do.

Pros

My favorite thing about using this system is that is has a lot of options available to you, most important gives you a break down on the gross.

Cons

There is not anything that I find difficult because everything is very easy to use and figure out. Dealer Center does most of the work for you.

The ease of adding banks as well as getting deals printed and signed properly in mere minutes.

Pros

It's just simple to use, I could teach my 14 year old how to work deals with this software! Direct, responsive, and fantastic customer service. Support executive was always super attentive and if he doesn't know he refers me to the person that does.

Cons

Not knowing all of it's attributes, that comes with time though I would imagine. Being a new user the webinars are extremely valuable to our company, though they do not always pertain to our dealership.

it was amazing they reached out when they said they would. They were on point with every second of the training. They have great customer service skills.

Pros

This system integrates everything. It makes it easy to keep up with your clients and keep track of your inventory with ease. They even have a few programs available that other companies don't supply!!! For exampe, the DealerCenter CRM enables us to send automated TEXT messages. Over all I'm extremely happy with the services we are receiving!!!! Thank you so much.

Cons

at first i found it difficult to locate my clients but once it was explained it was pretty easy

very easy to understand, great tips, using for a t least 5 yrs. very easy to follow instructions. Love it!

Cons

So far the small issues I have had, have been solved pretty fast. So I can say I have nothing bad to say yet!

Great powerful tool. There's so much this CRM does and more. From Kelly blue book to keeping track of your customers. You wont be dissapointed

Cons

The only thing I would say is that it doesn't pick out the lottery numbers

Horrible, will not call you back to take your money. Could you imagine what it would be like if they did take your money? The reviews have to be bogus. There is no way these people preform, NO WAY!!!

Pros

It has everything I want in a DMS, they’ve been running me around for 6 months... will not call back. How in the world can they carry a 5 star rating. I have a LOC trying to contact and will call them back either. They have tried 6-7 times over a period of weeks

Cons

Horrible communication, went to TIADA in San Antonio asked rep why they were in the exhibit hall that they wouldn’t return calls for new setup. I have never been blowed off like this before. Rep told me he knew and they were working on it. I laughed what a joke.

Its Fast as far as processing my deals and everything inside the software

book value but thats mostly with nada services

Cons

A LOT of hidden charges and "made up fees" every month. We are moving to another DMS this month. All of their websites even if you have a .com already purchased they will add a hasyourcar.com at the end making it more difficult for your customers to find you

The software provides easy access to my inventory and doing deals has been very easy, April walked me through important issues and advice and was very friendly nice and professional!

the least i like about the software is the loading part, i think it could be integrated to be a bit faster but overall the software rocks !

Not a bad thing to say about DealerCenter, I've been with you guys since 2008 and love the system and looked at using Frazer but it had super limited functions. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helped me get sorted out with reporting A+ service

Pros

I can access the system remotely after I got a surgery and can manage my business from bed.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about DC

Pros

That you can use the CRM and DMS together as an independent dealership.

Cons

The app needs to be completely redone. The merging of customers needs a huge update. It needs a place on the home screen where managers can see who has been checked in on test drives and how long they have been at the dealership. You cannot change the status on the app if needed.

They host my website, allow me to take credit apps and pull credit, export my inventory, submit to lenders and also scan and bookout vehicles at auction. Really a great package it is allowing my dealershipbto centralize so many things in one place

Sometimes my phone scanner doesnt scan right, but other times it works great

They have help for every aspect of the dealership, my rep Desiree is always going above and beyond to help me out, also Christine. They are awesome! They have all the service and products that I need.
