Twproject mi ha permesso di avere una visione chiara e costante su tempi, risorse e costi dei progetti, riducendo l’improvvisazione e aumentando il controllo operativo. È uno strumento solido, pensato per realtà che gestiscono progetti articolati e che vogliono passare da una gestione “reattiva” a una gestione più strutturata e consapevole. Pros Quello che ho apprezzato di più è la facilità con cui si possono creare e aggiornare i Gantt: sono chiari, dinamici e davvero utilizzabili anche dal team, non solo dal project manager. Un altro punto di forza è la gestione del carico di lavoro: il bilanciamento delle risorse è sempre sotto controllo e aiuta a prevenire sovraccarichi prima che diventino un problema reale. Molto utile anche la gestione integrata dei costi: poter monitorare ore lavorate, scostamenti e marginalità direttamente all’interno dello stesso strumento fa davvero la differenza. In generale, è un software calibrato su chi lo usa quotidianamente: ricco di informazioni per il project manager, ma senza risultare pesante o complicato. Anche il nostro team ha vissuto bene il passaggio dal precedente gestionale a TWP. Grazie alla semplicità d'utilizzo. Pros Dopo aver provato diverse soluzioni, possiamo dire che questa è la prima volta che utilizziamo un software pensato interamente per le esigenze del project manager. Le funzionalità che ci hanno convinto sono: la gestione del budgeting integrata, il gantt intuitivo che permette una visione dinamica delle tempistiche. Inoltre, si possono gestire bene costi/orari/disponibilità di ciascun membro del team. Il tutto rende le previsioni quanto più realistiche possibile. Ottima anche l'assistenza clienti, sempre reattiva anche nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Ma dopo un breve periodo di caos, soprattutto per il monitoraggio dei worklog sulle varie attività (sia miei che dei colleghi di lavoro) ho cercato a lungo uno strumento condiviso per automatizzare il più possibile questa attività e renderla meno dispersiva. Twproject mi ha colpita per l'efficienza del suo team di supporto, che mi ha subito convinta a provare. Mi ha aiutato a organizzare i progetti che seguivo in fasi da assegnare al mio team. In questo modo tutti abbiamo iniziato a inserire sempre maggiori dettagli sulle nostre attività quotidiane e questo ha giovato in termini di autoconsapevolezza e facilità nella condivisione. Negli anni seguenti ho poi imparato a usare Twproject per assegnare i ToDo (senza dubbio il modo più facile di comunicare, condividere idee, fare richieste, ecc.!), controllare lo stato dei progetti e mostrare i dati ottenuti ai dirigenti. Da poco ho iniziato anche a gestire i costi di progetto con Twproject e via via sto sostituendo i vecchi metodi usati in azienda. Sono molto soddisfatta anche di questo aspetto del software, che è molto utile per capire la redditività dei progetti ma anche per avere uno storico del cashflow, delle spese, del fatturato, ecc. Siamo diventati un laboratorio di Project Managment per l'intera Azienda, che nel prossimo futuro amplierà l'uso di Twproject all'intera organizzazione. Pros Il sw presenta numerose funzionalità interessanti e che superano anche le normali necessità della routine lavorativa. E' adattabile a tutte le realtà lavorative che intendono tenere traccia dell'andamento dei propri progetti e di quelle che hanno scelto di quantificare il carico di lavoro delle proprie risorse. Tra le funzionalità maggiormente apprezzate c'è sicuramente la timeline dei processi che consente di tornare indietro nel tempo e verificare lo stato di avanzamento del progetto ad una data specifica. Non vorrei trascurare anche la parte di reportistica che consente di poter strutturare dei riepiloghi molto dettagliati ed esplicativi.
