Because the system is menu-driven and avoids complex "all-in-one" ERP clutter, administrators can set up projects and tasks quickly. Initial Impression: Professional and stable, though the design feels slightly "classic" rather than modern. Learning Curve: Almost non-existent for staff. Most employees can start logging time and uploading receipts with less than 5 minutes of instruction. Pros Being able to log in anywhere without any hassle, Very convenient when on the go. Stress free, not having to worry about clocking in and out, east time management. Cons No cons for the moment, just started using the app so hopefully we don't come across any bugs or issues. Pros We appreciate the simplicity of MindSalt and the data architecture. It is quick, not buggy like other programs we have used in the past, and customizable to fit most of what we need. The customer support is excellent and they are extremely responsive, and help us find solutions and workarounds when needed. We also love how staff can be added and deactivated easily, which helps manage our budget as we have many temporary and seasonal staff. Cons There are very few cons. You are unable to track/assign expenses under individual project tasks, which is one of the major limitations for us to use this tool more robustly. The integration with Quickbooks did not originally work for us, but there may have been some improvements since we last looked into this.
