Pros We appreciate the simplicity of MindSalt and the data architecture. It is quick, not buggy like other programs we have used in the past, and customizable to fit most of what we need. The customer support is excellent and they are extremely responsive, and help us find solutions and workarounds when needed. We also love how staff can be added and deactivated easily, which helps manage our budget as we have many temporary and seasonal staff. Cons There are very few cons. You are unable to track/assign expenses under individual project tasks, which is one of the major limitations for us to use this tool more robustly. The integration with Quickbooks did not originally work for us, but there may have been some improvements since we last looked into this.
