My overall experience with Oracle has been positive. Switching over from day force has been a lot less of a struggle than anticipated.

Pros

What I like most about Oracle Fusion is it's simple layout and is very user friendly. No real learning curve as it's pretty straightforward.

Cons

What I like least about Oracle is it took a while for me to be able to pin it to my task bar for some reason. But that's not a real issue at all.

It is described as a "one-stop shop" for the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement.new, modern Redwood user interface, which is described as more intuitive and accessible.

Pros

for its unified, all-in-one platform that centralizes global HR data, eliminating the need for fragmented third-party systems. Its embedded AI and advanced analytics are also highly praised for providing predictive insights into workforce trends, such as employee flight risks and skill gaps

Cons

find the navigation "unusable" or like being "lost in a maze". Simple tasks, such as entering a timecard or requesting time off, are often described as unnecessarily difficult and multi-step processes.

Good overall, used weekly for paychecks, time off, clocking in and clocking out. Works well and did its job.

Pros

Pretty good employee portal that I used for pay and time clocks. Employee management was out of my paygrade but I was managed well through its feature set. Good value for money, security, and performance and speed.

Cons

Decent learning curve, lots of menus to understand to know where to find payroll and time tracking functions.
